  As a thickener for sauces and soups. Good for fruit sauces. Good to use on tofu for crispy coating.

  Colourless, flavourless.

  Add at the end of recipes at a low heat.

  Alternative to cornflour (use a bit more, up to double)

  Useful for DIY beauty products - deodorant, dry shampoo
