    CO2 decaffeination: natural carbon dioxide (which comes from prehistoric underground lakes) is combined with water to create ‘sub-critical’ conditions which creates a highly solvent substance for caffeine in coffee. It is a gentle, natural and organically certified process and the good caffeine selectivity of the carbon dioxide guarantees a high retention level of other coffee components which contribute to taste and aroma.

    Coffee grown in plots that are interlaced with natural springs and countless streams and rivers, all of which are protected with forested buffer zones. The network of natural corridors throughout the farm connects the large preserved forests in the two river valleys, providing a healthy environment for the local animals, birds, and plants.

    Honduran beans are grown in a bio-diverse plot that includes timber species, fruit trees, ornamentals and others that beyond beautifying the landscape, provide a more pleasant and conducive ecosystem for wildlife.
