Christmas Mulling Spices

• Uses

  Use to add a warming spice to apple juice, cider or red wine. A real winter warmer!

  Add to your chosen liquid - can also add zest and juice of orange and a sweetener of choice.

• Ingredients

  A mix of:

  Cloves, Cinnamon Stick, Cardamom Pods and Star Anise.

  Add to your chosen liquid (750ml), gently heat. (Can also add zest and juice of one orange and sweetener such as sugar or honey to taste). Heat low and slow for 10mins. Then take off heat, place lid on top of pan and leave to steep for 30mins.

  Taste and adjust sweetness.

  When ready to serve, gently heat and pour into mugs. (Sieve out spices or place your spices in a reusable cotton bag for easy removal).

  Sold package free - spices sold loose or in their own reusable cotton bag - you decide.

  Bring your own containers to takeaway or delivered in a recycled paper bag.

  This item is delivered to us in a plastic bag and cardboard box. We recycle the plastic bag with either Terracycle or Reworked and reuse the cardboard box for our plastic free delivery service.
