Home deliveries will happen on a set day, you can see them on our monthly schedule or via our locations tab.
To place an order you simply need to email across your order to us by 2pm the day before. We have 2 order forms you can use, or you can email us a simple list, whichever you find easier. We have a £10 minimum order for deliveries and a 50p delivery charge will be added on all orders.
Home deliveries will be plastic free. All food is delivered in paper bags and liquids in reusable glass bottles.
There is a charge for the glass bottles, 95p for 500ml and £1.40 for 1000ml. These bottles are then yours to keep and refill. We offer a bottle swap out system so you don’t have to buy lots of bottles each order. Once you have finished with your bottle you can leave it out for us to collect on a future delivery and we can replace with a newly filled one. We ask that you thoroughly clean bottles before returning them to us. They then get cleaned and sterilised before being reused for future orders.
Deliveries will happen in the afternoon of the set delivery date. We ask that you leave a box or bag out for us to pop your order in, preferably in a waterproof location! You do not need to be home as we are happy to leave your order in a safe location for you.
Payment for deliveries will be online via BACs. On the day of your delivery you will receive your receipt together with our bank details for payment.
